I started to play with my voice in the early eighties in working for FM radio stations. Jean-Luc Gallini (RMC) and Ann Sorel (France Inter) taught me all about the radio vocal techniques with a great professionalism.
After working as a radio presenter for several years, I focussed my work on voices for FM networks audio programs, off screen voices for films and promotional messages.
Beside of acting, I’ve also managed a national linguistic research program in association with the Centre National d’Etudes Téléphoniques (CNET), for which I’ve produced the first French vocal recognition vocabularies.
I’ve left Paris in 1992 to come back to Provence, starting to produce voiceovers by distance from my own studio and as a director for phone vocal servers.
Because of my baryton tone (improved with Richard Cross), I am specialised today in off screen voices for audiovisual commentaries, multimedia presentations, and audio book narrations...
I’m working for local productions as well as for companies which are on the other side of the planet, working with human and competent teams, always valuing quality over fastness !
I’m also acting on stages for public readings and coach actors in voiceovering.
